At the right side of every page is an accessibility toolbar that is fixed and readily available to you.  Developed by Sitelinx, you can disable flashes, mark headings, change the background color, zoom in or out each page, decrease/increase the font size, make fonts readable, adjust the brightness, underline, and mark links.
